Annapurna Bhandar Certificate and Citizen Status

Approved for Annapurna Bhandar? Here's how to get your beneficiary certificate and confirm your citizen/beneficiary status on record.

Downloading your certificate

  1. Log in at socialregistry.wb.gov.in with your registered mobile number and OTP.
  2. Open your application/beneficiary record.
  3. Look for the certificate or enrollment-proof download option; save the PDF and keep a printed copy.

Why keep it: banks, grievance filings, and any future verification may ask for proof of enrollment. A saved copy saves a trip.

Checking citizen/beneficiary status

On the same portal, the status lookup shows whether you're recorded as an enrolled beneficiary. Check with your application/reference number.

  • Listed and active: you're enrolled; payments go to your registered DBT account.
  • Approved but not listed: usually a data-sync delay — wait, then raise it via the portal's grievance/help option if it persists.
  • Not found: verify you're using the right mobile number and reference; if the application itself shows as pending or rejected, that's a separate issue from the listing.

Payment not arriving despite active status?

Confirm your bank account is still Aadhaar-seeded and DBT-enabled — seeding lapses after KYC gaps are the most common cause. Your branch can re-seed it.
